Dear Sirs and Madams

I'm evaluating the "qcam" and try to change the width and height option.
However, I cannot change the image size, always full FoV.
For example, ./qcam -s width=1280, height=720 (ret)
Or -width=1920, height=1080, but always the same image.
Can this option work?
