Thank you very much for your advice.

I've modified the /boot/cmdline.txt, adding "cma=512M" and I can see the image now.

Talking about the aspect ratio of the preview window, I understand your explanation and I can adjust it by click and draw the window frame. 

The problem has been solved.

I think you need to perhaps increase your CMA allocations.

Try adding 'cma=256M' to /boot/cmdline.txt ?
(or larger, I think 256M is the default?)

That's likely due to the scaling we do in qcam.
Perhaps we should enforce aspect ratio on the window size of qcam.
