Posts from non-subscribers are moderated to prevent spam. There are
three options (It's just a mailman instance)

 - The autobuild bot could be added to the approve list
	(probably the easist option)
 - The autobuild bot could subscribe, (but elect to receive no mail)
 - We could remove moderation.

I'm not sure how much spam the list receives yet, so I'm not sure if
moderation is "required", but it has some value.

If it's a legitimate mail, it will make it to the list after moderation.
