Thank you for the patch.
This patch also seems to have ignored quite a few comments from v2. Was
that intentional ? Did I miss a reply to the comments ?
v3 drops the vertex shader, which was indeed not used in v2, but I'm not
sure that the right direction to take, as the idea in Morgan's code was
to use the free interpolator offered by the vertex shader to perform
computation of coordinates.
