The metadata is filled from the gain and exposure time store in
frameContext.sensor. These values are different from the ones computed
by the AGC algorithm, which are stored in frameContext.agc. The former
is set in IPARkISP1::processStatsBuffer() from the V4L2 control values
passed by the pipeline handler, which come from the DelayedControls
class. I thus believe the code here is correct.
