libcamera does not presently support GigE cameras.

While it theoretically could be used to interface with GigE cameras in
the future to perhaps share the API, it is not presently something on
our road map as libcamera's primary focus is on supporting camera
pipelines on an SoC which needs to manage a dedicated ISP and
corresponding image processing hardware.
