[libcamera-devel] Request to contribute to the Python bindings API in libcamera

Dear libcamera-team,

I am writing to express my interest in contributing to the Python bindings
API In libcamera project under the '/src/py' directory.

I noticed the Documentation under '/Documentation/python-bindings.rst'
doesn't explain the dependencies or setup process and I found it tedious
while working for a project.

Please let me know if there are any additional steps that I need to take to
get started.
