[PATCH v2 0/3] utils: checkstyle.py: Improve trailer validation

Hello,

What started as a small and quick improvement is quickly growing to a
full-fledged patch series, as patch series annoyingly have a tendency to
do. Patches 1/3 and 2/3 incorporate review comments from v1, while patch
3/3 is new and fixes an issue in how trailers are being parsed.
