[PATCH v3 1/9] include: rkisp1: Update header for extensible parameters

Update the rkisp1-config.h header with the definitions for the
extensible parameters format.

The header has been generated from the most recent linux-media staging
tree master branch, at revision:
ea2e2ea551ab ("media: dt-bindings: qcom,sc7280-venus: Allow one IOMMU entry")
