[PATCH] libcamera: rkisp1: Rationalize IPA and handlers names

Hi Jacopo,

thank you for the patch.  As somebody who came to libcamera and had to
understand that stuff, I can confirm the original terminology is quite
confusing and your patch is a good improvement.
