They are not easily available to me (partly because they are not
shipping from Europe). PinePhone is the most important target at the
moment, as it is cheap & available, and video recording is important
gap in its features.

Then there's Librem 5, Pinephone Pro and N900. They are important for
different reasons. I hopef to get access to the first two, and have a
look at all three.
