You're int he right place. Unfortunately, libcamera doesn't support the
native camera features of Nvidia platforms, as the kernel drivers for
the camera-related hardware are not upstream, and no documentation is
available.

You should be able to install and use libcamera on a Jetson device, but
only with non-Nvidia camera hardware, such as USB webcams for instance.
I however assume this is not what you're looking for.
