[CI] [PATCH v1 0/2] libcamera CI coverage improvements

Hello,

This small series is for the libcamera CI configuration, located in the
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/camera/libcamera-ci/ tree.

The two patches extend CI coverage, by adding compilation tests on
Debian 11 (catching a recent regression in libcamera), as well as a
compilation test with C++20.
